He started DSPT Finder after observing how much of the substantive work in originating treaty-based mandates depends on detecting regulatory signals weeks before they coalesce into formal claims — a problem that traditional research methods are structurally ill-suited to solve.
His focus is on the operational discipline of investment arbitration practice: how firms systematically track sovereign measures across jurisdictions, how AI can surface treaty-relevant events without overwhelming practitioners with noise, and how the dispute pipeline of a modern arbitration practice gets built rather than left to chance.
